The modern unit of Lime - Hydrated Lime of Domiki P. Pavlidis S.A.

Domiki P. Pavlidis S.A. is a member of the Group of Companies Prodromos Pavlidis. Installed in Plagiari, Giannitsa, with privately owned area next to the limestone quarry of the Group. The company's objects are the production of high quality lime and hydrated lime that fully meet the needs of the Greek and European market.

The limestone consists of two parts, the lime and hydrated lime production units, with a daily gross capacity of 300 tn.

The company is in direct cooperation with two companies of the Group, Plagiari P. Pavlidis S.A. and Solid Fuel S.A. which are its suppliers in limestone and fuel.

The production line is fully automated with an electronic control system (P.L.C., SCADA) for direct process control and product quality assurance. The unit is staffed by well-trained staff and engineers with experience in the field.

The immediate goals of our company are the production of high quality products, the immediate service of our customers and the short delivery times with the privately owned vehicles of the Group. We aim for a continuous collaboration with our customers with constant communication and the provision of any technical advice and information. Our goal is the optimal use of our products, but also the production of products based on the special needs of each customer that will fully meet every requirement.

QUALITY CONTROL

The unit has a modern quality control laboratory. Our goal is to fully control the final products, ensure consistent quality and draw safe conclusions for the regulation and control of production.

The laboratory is equipped with high-tech analytics devices, and also has a complete bibliography and quality specifications.

The laboratory performs a series of measurements on the various products, the frequency of the measurements follows the specification EN 459.1. The quality control system has been installed according to the specifications EN 196.1 and 2 EN 12982 and EN 459.1 and 2 etc. depending on each product.

The technical and quality specifications of the products have been determined on the basis of the highest technical and quality standards of the international standards, in order to minimize the possibility of product failure.
